Chalet Hotels delivered strong Q3 FY26 results with consolidated revenue jumping 27% YoY to ₹589.2 Cr and EBITDA rising 29% YoY to ₹272.6 Cr. For the nine months, revenue grew 84% to ₹2,241.4 Cr, and EBITDA increased 85% to ₹951.4 Cr. Hospitality RevPAR was up 11.8% YoY. Strong Average Daily Rate (ADR) growth was noted in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Pune, though Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) occupancy saw temporary impacts from renovations. Commercial Real Estate also performed well, adding ~150,000 sqft in leasing at Powai.
Growth is fueled by new inventory additions like 129 keys in Bengaluru and 147 keys at Athiva Khandala, which saw encouraging guest feedback post full launch. Strategic pipeline projects include Taj at Delhi Airport (Q4 FY27) and CIGNUS Powai® Tower II (Q4 FY27), with Hyatt Regency Airoli securing environmental clearance. Basic EPS for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹5.67, up 28% YoY, reflecting robust operational improvements.
