Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd. (BIL), in a joint venture with GHV Infra Projects, has secured a Letter of Award for ₹ 62.03 Cr. This Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract from the Water Resources Department, Assam, involves vital underwater and above-water riverbank protection works in the Jorhat subproject. This project is part of ADB's Climate Resilient Brahmaputra Integrated Flood and Riverbank Erosion Risk Management Project. The work, essential for flood mitigation and infrastructure development, is slated for completion in 30 months, significantly boosting BIL's order book and operational pipeline.
