Kaycee Industries' Board has approved its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine-month period ending December 31, 2025. Standalone net profit for the quarter was ₹1.23 Cr, with ₹4.13 Cr for the nine months. Consolidated net profit reached ₹1.09 Cr for the quarter and ₹3.69 Cr for the nine months. The company also announced a change in designation for Mr. Raman Krishnamoorthy to Non-Executive Director, effective March 31, 2025, and the appointment of Mr. Pravin D. Zagade as Chief Operating Officer and Manager from April 1, 2026. Both are subject to shareholder approval.
