Kaycee Industries Ltd — Important, 03-02-2026: Company Update

Kaycee Industries' Board has approved its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Standalone net profit reached Rs 1.23 Cr for the quarter and Rs 4.13 Cr for the nine-month period. Consolidated net profit was Rs 1.09 Cr for the quarter and Rs 3.69 Cr for the nine months. Additionally, Mr. Raman Krishnamoorthy will transition from Whole Time Director to Non-Executive Director, effective March 31, 2026. Mr. Pravin D. Zagade has also been appointed Chief Operating Officer and Manager, effective April 01, 2026. Both appointments await shareholder approval.
