Adani Enterprises' Board approved Q3 and 9-month consolidated results. Net profit surged to ₹5,726.57 Cr, largely driven by a ₹5,632.09 Cr exceptional gain from divesting its Adani Wilmar stake. The company also issued 13.85 Cr partly paid equity shares at ₹1,800/share and restructured its cement business.
