Kay Power and Paper Ltd — Important, 03-02-2026: Company Update

Kay Power and Paper's promoter group entity, Kay Chandra Iron Engineering Works Private Limited, has received approval for a Scheme of Demerger. Under this scheme, 1,42,300 equity shares, representing 0.40% of the company's paid-up capital, will be transferred to Kay Chandra Capital and Investment Private Limited. This new entity will join the promoter group. Importantly, this is a non-market transaction and will not change the overall shareholding of the promoter and promoter group. This ensures stability in the company's ownership structure.
