    CONCOR, SCI, JNPA, VOCPA, CPA, and SMFCL signed an MoU to form Bharat Container Shipping Line (BCSL). This JV will provide end-to-end EXIM and coastal logistics. CONCOR and SCI own 30% each, JNPA 10%, VOCPA/CPA 5% each, and SMFCL 20%.
