Brainbees Solutions allotted 27,825 new equity shares and transferred 107,199 shares to employees via ESOPs. The new shares were issued at various exercise prices, leading to a Rs. 97,898 fund infusion. This minimally increased the paid-up capital from Rs. 104.40 Cr to Rs. 104.41 Cr.
