Rashi Peripherals' Board met, approving the financial results for the quarter and nine months. Consolidated Q3 FY26 revenue reached ₹4,030.41 Cr, with PAT at ₹74.59 Cr. Rajesh Goenka was appointed Whole-Time Director & CEO, and Dr. Indumati Gopinathan as Independent Director. A new wholly-owned UAE subsidiary is also planned.
