Bajaj Finserv's board approved Q3 consolidated results: PAT ₹2,229 Cr. Excluding ₹707 Cr in one-off charges, PAT surged 32% to ₹2,936 Cr. They also issued 27.36 lakh shares to its ESOP Trust and increased stakes in insurance businesses to 75.01% for ₹939.29 Cr.
