Dishman Carbogen Amcis reported Q3FY26 revenue of ₹719.8 Cr, up 5.5% year-on-year, primarily driven by its CDMO segment. Nine-month revenue reached ₹2,080.5 Cr, a 4.3% increase, boosted by Cholesterol and Vitamin D analogues. While Q3 EBITDA dipped to ₹113.1 Cr (15.7% margin) from ₹140.1 Cr (20.5%) due to lower late Phase III molecule contribution and higher cholesterol revenue in Marketable Molecules, 9M EBITDA improved significantly to ₹402.7 Cr (19.4% margin) from ₹316.3 Cr (15.9%), reflecting better CDMO margins from late Phase III molecules and cost efficiency in Marketable Molecules. The company posted a Q3 net loss of ₹13.0 Cr, but a 9M net profit of ₹75.7 Cr.

Strategically, Dishman is focused on its strong pipeline of 10 late Phase III molecules and improving capacity utilization by targeting biotech companies and new geographies. The company sees oncology as a key growth area, leveraging its large High Potent (HIPO) API facilities. Digital transformation and closer integration between Swiss and Indian sites are underway.

Recent developments include ~₹20 Cr revenue deferred to Q4 due to supply issues and European holidays, along with one-time expenses for employee provisions (~₹3.3 Cr) and new credit facilities (~₹11 Cr).
