MedPlus reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of 1,806.1 Cr and operating EBITDA of 96.8 Cr (5.4% margin), including a 7.059 Cr one-off charge. Diagnostics revenue rose 19% YoY to 32.67 Cr, achieving 15.5% operating EBITDA margin.

The company saw over 10% SSSG, driven by tweaked store incentives and better availability. Net 182 new stores were added, reaching 5,112. MedPlus targets 600 new stores in FY26, with similar expansion expected. Private label sales, strong in non-pharma, hit 22.2% of revenue. Working capital improved. Management is confident in growth from non-pharma private labels and operational efficiencies.
