Global Health Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine-months ended Dec 31, 2025, with Q3 consolidated revenue from operations at ₹1,121.05 Cr and PAT at ₹95.03 Cr. The company appointed Mr. Malik Mohd. Ashhab as Head-Diagnostic Services and is seeking shareholder approval for three director appointments/re-appointments. GHL also secured physical possession of 3.5 acres of land in Assam for expansion.
