National Fittings Ltd — Important, 04-02-2026: Company Update

National Fittings Limited's Board has approved a supplier agreement with Banil Casting Private Limited. Under this pact, NFL will provide equipment to Banil Casting to significantly increase its iron casting production. Banil Casting will then exclusively supply these castings to NFL, targeting up to 400 MT monthly, with an immediate jump of 160 MT starting April 1, 2026. This move aims to secure NFL's supply chain for critical components. Notably, NFL directors Mr. Anil Kumar Agarwal and Arpit Agarwal also hold the entire shareholding and director positions in Banil Casting, a detail approved by the Audit Committee and Board.
