Xpro India's board approved financial results for the quarter and half-year: Revenue 106.31 Cr, Net Profit 6.82 Cr. Chairman Sidharth Birla was re-appointed. Subsidiary XDF raised AED 33,087,500 via new share issue, with Holding Co. now holding 85%.
