KPIL delivered strong Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹6,665 Cr (+16% YoY) and 9M FY26 revenue of ₹19,365 Cr (+27% YoY). PBT (before exceptional items) surged 37% YoY to ₹277 Cr for Q3 and 69% YoY to ₹889 Cr for 9M. Growth was primarily driven by robust execution in T&D, Buildings & Factories, Oil & Gas, and Urban Infra segments, offsetting softness in the Water business due to delayed client payments.

The company holds a robust order book of ₹63,287 Cr, offering approximately three years of revenue visibility. YTD FY26 order wins reached ₹19,456 Cr, with an additional ~₹7,000 Cr in favorably placed projects. KPIL is strategically positioned to capitalize on global megatrends like energy transition and urbanization.

Recent developments include the sale of Vindhyachal Road Asset for ~₹799 Cr, bringing in ~₹600 Cr cash, and improved working capital from Water business collections. Consolidated net debt declined 29% QoQ to ₹2,240 Cr (Net Debt/Equity 0.31x), signaling improving financial discipline.

Management anticipates achieving targeted revenue and profitability growth for FY26, leveraging its diversified business mix. The company is also committed to ambitious sustainability goals, including carbon neutrality by 2040.
