Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee) delivered strong YTD FY26 performance with pre-sales growing 23% YoY to ₹2,676 Cr, driven by a 43% increase in area sold to 1.59 Mn Sq.Ft. Collections rose 12% YoY to ₹1,768 Cr, with Emerging Premium and Super Premium segments leading sales.

The company is focused on its asset-light model and expanding in high-potential urban zones through strategic cluster redevelopment. It's also growing its Premium and Emerging Premium portfolio and leveraging technology for efficiency.

Keystone exceeded its FY26 project additions target, adding projects with an estimated GDV of ₹8,649 Cr. It launched 5 new projects YTD, including "La Vie - Tower D" in Q3. Sustainability efforts include a Net Zero Carbon Award for its Belle Vue project and advanced labor housing solutions.

YTD FY26 revenue reached ₹1,039 Cr, with PAT after share of profits at ₹31.3 Cr. The company maintains a healthy gross debt-to-equity ratio of 0.22:1, well within guidance, and an improved credit profile. Management's outlook is positive, having largely met or surpassed its FY26 guidance targets for pre-sales and project additions.
