This significant initiative aims to cultivate grassroots cricket talent and empower youth. Following trials with approximately 900 participants, 48 promising players were selected for a comprehensive three-year training program, featuring professional coaching five days a week. Rose Merc provides crucial resources and infrastructure, while SPG manages the technical coaching.
