Sammaan Capital Limited — Board Meeting, 04-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sammaan Capital reported Q3 consolidated profit of Rs 314.08 Cr and 9-month profit of Rs 956.86 Cr. The Board approved a ~Rs 8,850 Cr preferential issue and raised Rs 700 Cr via NCDs plus US$450M in social bonds. Also, a key NBFC demerger and six-subsidiary merger were advanced.
