Bajaj Finserv reported strong Q3 FY2026 consolidated revenue of ₹39,708 Cr, up 23.9% year-on-year. Bajaj General Insurance ranked first among private players, growing Gross Written Premium (GWP) by 11.5% to ₹7,389 Cr with improved underwriting. Bajaj Life Insurance's Value of New Business (VNB) surged 59.4% to ₹405 Cr, achieving its highest new business margin in a decade.

A key development includes completing the acquisition of Allianz SE's stake in its insurance subsidiaries, streamlining the group structure.
