NHPC board approved results, declared ₹1.40/share interim dividend. Commissioned 800 MW Parbati-II, 300 MW Karnisar Solar, and two 250 MW Subansiri Lower units. Also cancelled floating solar JV and relinquished PTC India promoter status.
