This strategic move aims to expand Integra's business and facilitate future investments. Bimal Switchgear, an electrical equipment manufacturer incorporated in 1989, reported no turnover in the last three fiscal years and had a net worth of about Rs. 0.21 crore as of March 31, 2025. Integra will consolidate Bimal Switchgear's financial statements starting from the quarter ended December 31, 2025, following the completion of Integra's ongoing audit.
