TCI announced Q3 consolidated revenue of Rs 1248.8 Cr, profit of Rs 123.7 Cr & EPS of Rs 16.98. An interim dividend of Rs 9/share was declared (record date Feb 10). Rajendra Sharma was appointed CEO Designate - TCI Freight. The board also approved Rs 500 Cr related party deals, pending shareholder vote.
