Ujjivan SFB allotted 1,936,509 equity shares (issue price Rs.10 each) to employees under its ESOPs. This increases the bank's paid-up capital by Rs. 1.94 Cr, now standing at Rs. 1940.90 Cr, representing a minor fund infusion.
