Laxmi Organic's Board approved Q3 and 9M financial results. Q3 PAT (standalone) was 19.83 Cr, (consolidated) 25.41 Cr, both down YoY. Profit was boosted by 40.73 Cr from electricity liability reversal, 23.45 Cr GST incentives, and a depreciation method change. Dr. Rajiv Banavali re-appointed Independent Director.
