The Board approved financial results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec 31, 2025. Consolidated Q3 profit hit ₹8,211.90 Cr (EPS ₹19.07). A third interim dividend of ₹4 per share was declared. Additionally, ₹7,986 Cr raised from NCDs was fully utilized.
