Minda Corp's Board approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months. An interim dividend of ₹0.60/share was declared. Mr. Ajay Agarwal was appointed as Group CFO & GCRO. The Board also approved ESOP 2025 and amendments to ESOP 2017, including grants for subsidiary/group employees.
