    Minda Corp approved Q3 & 9M consolidated financial results. Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.60/share (totaling ~Rs 14.34 Cr) and appointed Ajay Agarwal as Group CFO & CRO. New ESOP 2025 scheme and amendments to ESOP 2017 also approved, pending postal ballot.
