NCC's Board approved the financial results for the quarter and nine-month period. Consolidated Q3 Net Profit was ₹122.46 Cr, and 9M Net Profit ₹469.30 Cr. New orders worth ₹12,430 Cr were secured, with the order book at ₹79,571 Cr. The NCCIHL amalgamation is effective Feb 28, 2026.
