Gujarat Themis Biosyn (GTBL) reported robust Q3 FY26 operational performance. Revenue grew 10% year-over-year (YoY) to Rs. 43.4 Cr, driven by consistent volumes and healthy demand. EBITDA jumped 12.9% to Rs. 21.31 Cr, as cost optimizations offset higher manpower costs. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 12.5 Cr, a slight decline from the previous year, mainly due to higher depreciation and interest from strategic investments. For the first nine months (9M FY26), revenue increased 7.54% to Rs. 121.70 Cr, though PAT saw a modest 2.67% dip to Rs. 35.79 Cr for similar reasons.

GTBL is actively pursuing growth through key strategies. A new fermentation facility is complete, enhancing supply capabilities. The company is also forward-integrating into API production, with validation batches finished in the new API block, targeting export markets for both fermentation-based and synthetic APIs. R&D spending, about 3% of revenue, focuses on new product development. Additionally, GTBL is setting up a hybrid wind-solar power plant in Gujarat to reduce costs, boost energy security, and lower its carbon footprint, aligning with sustainability goals. Management highlights continued healthy demand and strategic investments to fuel future growth.
