JK Paper's Board approved a Hybrid Renewable Power Plant (Solar & Wind) for green energy and sustainability. Cost is approx. Rs 500 Cr, financed by internal accruals/borrowings, expected commissioned Q3 FY28. Aims to cut coal dependency and energy costs.
