Pitti Engineering's board approved Q3 & nine-month consolidated financial results. Shri Gummalla Vijaya Kumar was appointed as Additional Director. A scheme for amalgamating wholly-owned subsidiaries Pitti Industries and Dakshin Foundry with PEL was also approved to simplify structure and boost efficiency.
