BLS E-Services saw stellar Q3 FY26 total income growth of 115.5% YoY to Rs. 286.7 Cr. This surge was primarily driven by its expanded Business Correspondent (BC) segment and the consolidation of Aadifidelis Solutions. Net profit (PAT) climbed 8.7% to Rs. 15.2 Cr, while EBITDA rose 7.0% to Rs. 22.7 Cr. For the first nine months of FY26, total income jumped 171.5% to Rs. 813.9 Cr, with PAT up 23.0% to Rs. 51.0 Cr.
The company is expanding fast, with touchpoints increasing to 1,51,000+ and BC CSPs to 45,800+. Gross transaction value for Q3 hit over Rs. 27,000 Cr. BLS achieved Rs. 10,000 Cr in aggregate bank account balances through its channels. Recent developments include deploying over 10,000 GPS units and introducing mobile handheld devices, boosting accessibility and reducing setup costs.
Future strategy focuses on volume-led growth across its BC, E-Governance, and Assisted E-services segments. BLS aims to enhance technology infrastructure, expand its merchant and BLS Stores network, maximize cross-selling, and pursue strategic inorganic acquisitions. Management is confident in capitalizing on India's financial inclusion drive.
