KNR Constructions reported a challenging Q3 FY26 with standalone revenue at ₹585.1 Cr (-21% YoY) and PAT at ₹17.6 Cr (-90% YoY). Consolidated revenue also dipped to ₹743.2 Cr (-12% YoY) with PAT at ₹102.7 Cr (-59% YoY). The company maintains a robust order book of ₹8,848.8 Cr as of December 31, 2025, heavily weighted towards Mining (40%) and Roads (29%), primarily in the South.

Recent highlights include securing a ₹319.2 Cr EPC project for an iconic bridge in Bengaluru and completing an elevated highway project in Tamil Nadu. A major strategic move involves the sale of four SPVs to Indus Infra Trust, expected to fetch ₹1,543.2 Cr against an investment of ₹566.8 Cr. CRISIL also affirmed its credit ratings.

Management's focus is on leveraging India's vast infrastructure opportunities, ensuring timely project execution, and tackling technically complex engineering projects. They also plan to expand into Metro Rail and Railway sectors through strategic joint ventures.
