Net Pix Shorts Digital Media Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Mr. Ritesh Tiwari and Mrs. Alka Tiwari have launched an open offer to acquire 8.32 lakh equity shares (26% stake) of Net Pix Shorts Digital Media at ₹32 per share, valued at approximately ₹2.66 Crore. This follows their previous agreement to purchase 23 lakh shares (71.87%) from a promoter for ₹6.90 Crore. If the open offer is fully accepted, the acquirers' total shareholding will reach 97.87%, giving them management control. The company will need to ensure compliance as public shareholding will fall below 25% post-acquisition. The acquirers currently do not plan major business changes or delisting.
