Tarsons Products reported Q3FY26 consolidated revenue up 13% YoY to Rs 107.9 Cr, with 9MFY26 revenue climbing 8% to Rs 301.6 Cr. EBITDA showed strong growth. However, 9MFY26 Adjusted PAT dipped 41% to Rs 11.5 Cr, primarily due to accelerated depreciation and finance costs from new facilities (Panchla & Amta) that are not yet revenue-generating. Overseas markets contribute over half of total sales.

The company is in the final phase of capacity expansion, with new facilities commissioning in Q4FY26. This, alongside an expanded product portfolio including cell culture and robotic consumables, aims to onboard new customers, deepen existing relationships, and scale export revenues. Recent highlights include the acquisition of European entity Nerbe in 2024 and strategic investments in Panchla and Amta for new product lines and fulfillment. Management is optimistic about future growth, focusing on long-term sustainable expansion over the next 3-5 years.
