MRF Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 06-02-2026: Record Date

MRF's Board has declared a Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share (30%) for FY26. To be eligible, shareholders must hold shares on the record date: Friday, February 13, 2026. The dividend will be paid on or after February 27, 2026, to eligible investors.
