Sapphire Foods showed improved Q3 FY26 profitability, largely led by KFC. Overall revenue grew 7% YoY to ₹811.2 Cr.

KFC India's revenue jumped 11%, delivering a healthy 18.8% Restaurant EBITDA margin (up 60 bps). They added 27 new KFC restaurants this quarter and are piloting a ₹99 Krisper Chicken Burger Meal, supported by new ad campaigns. Digital Kiosks are now in over 70% of KFC stores. In contrast, Pizza Hut India's revenue declined 11%, with SSSG down 12% and negative Restaurant EBITDA. However, its Tamil Nadu stores continue to perform strongly. Sri Lanka maintained robust growth, with revenue up 15% (LKR) and 11% SSSG, although margins faced pressure from wage hikes and cyclone costs.

Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹77.4 Cr (down 5% YoY), with a 9.5% margin. The company reported a PBT of ₹-3.4 Cr after accounting for one-time exceptional costs of ₹11.1 Cr related to labour code changes and merger expenses. Total restaurant count reached 1028 by December 31, 2025.
