Fusion Finance posted Q3 PAT of ₹14 Cr (vs Q2 loss) and 23% QoQ disbursement growth to ₹1,594 Cr. Asset quality improved, with Gross NPA at 4.38%. The capital base was augmented by a Rights Issue, and liquidity remains strong. A microfinance expert joined the Board.
