G R Infraprojects Limited — Results, 06-02-2026: Integrated Filing- Financial
GR Infraprojects reported robust consolidated revenue growth for the December 2025 quarter (Q3 FY26). Total revenue surged by approximately 30.4% YoY to ₹2,343.14 Cr, primarily driven by exceptional performance in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) segment, which saw revenue jump from ₹207.92 Cr to ₹920.56 Cr.
Despite strong top-line growth, net profit for shareholders saw a slight dip of around 1% YoY to ₹259.20 Cr, with basic EPS at ₹26.79. This was influenced by increased finance costs and other expenses, leading to a notable decline in both operating and net profit margins.
The substantial revenue growth in the EPC segment indicates strong project execution. However, rising expenses put pressure on profitability, offsetting the top-line gains.
The Q3 FY26 results reflect mixed financial momentum, with impressive revenue expansion contrasted by margin pressures.
