SHREE RAMA NEWSPRINT is divesting paper division equipment for Rs 0.28 Cr. This division contributed Rs 0.84 Cr revenue and Rs 3.28 Cr other income in FY25. Sale is to a non-promoter buyer, approved by shareholders.
