Baazar Style Retail's board approved quarterly and nine-month consolidated results. Mr. Rohit Kedia was appointed Chairman, succeeding Mr. Pradeep Kumar Agarwal, who remains a Whole-Time Director. They also approved a ₹31.53 Cr preferential warrant issue for debt repayment and expansion.
