GRM Overseas Limited — Board Meeting, 06-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

GRM Overseas board approved allotting 77.18 lakh equity shares from warrant conversions, bringing in Rs 86.83 Cr. They also allotted 1.54 crore bonus shares (2:1). This bumps up paid-up capital from Rs 36.81 Cr to Rs 41.44 Cr. All warrants are now fully converted!
