As of March 31, 2025, IHMS had a turnover of ₹7.27 Cr and net worth of ₹5.28 Cr, while MCSI had ₹4.85 Cr turnover and ₹5.21 Cr net worth. Since both are wholly-owned, no cash or share exchange will occur, and Medi Assist's shareholder pattern remains unchanged. This internal consolidation is expected to boost overall efficiency.
