Global Surfaces reported Q3 consolidated net loss of Rs 3.34 Cr and 9M loss of Rs 8.46 Cr. The Board approved converting a Rs 50 Cr loan to subsidiary Global Surfaces FZE into equity, strengthening its balance sheet. Operations at the Bagru Unit will cease from March 31, 2026, due to sustained losses.
