    BLS reported Q3FY26 consolidated net profit of Rs 170.22 Cr (9M: Rs 536.90 Cr). The Board also declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.00 per share, approved a change in RTA to KFintech, and re-constituted its Audit Committee.
