    Sonata Software's Board approved financial results for the quarter and nine months, with consolidated PAT (pre-exceptional) up 6.1% QoQ and 21.4% YoY. A ₹1.25 interim dividend per share was declared. Mr. Srikar Reddy's re-appointment as Executive Vice Chairman and Whole-time Director was also approved.
