SHREE CEMENT LIMITED — Board Meeting, 06-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shree Cement's board met and approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. Consolidated Q3 revenue stood at Rs 4800.52 Cr with a profit of Rs 266.70 Cr. The company also fully commissioned its new 3.0 MTPA cement plant in Rajasthan during the quarter.
