    Crompton Greaves' board approved Q3 & 9M FY26 consolidated financial results: revenue ₹1,898.30 Cr and net profit ₹101.00 Cr for the quarter. The board also cleared the re-appointment of Mr. P R Ramesh as an Independent Director and redeemed ₹300 Cr in NCDs.
