Lemon Tree Hotels delivered a record-breaking Q3, with revenue surging 15% YoY to Rs. 407.8 Cr and Net EBITDA up 12% to Rs. 206.4 Cr. PAT saw a 2% rise to Rs. 81.8 Cr, while Cash Profit jumped 14% to Rs. 131.1 Cr. Gross ARR grew 11% to Rs. 7,487, boosting RevPAR by 9% to Rs. 5,494. The company continues its asset-light expansion, signing 17 new management/franchise contracts for 1,855 rooms and operationalizing 816 rooms in Q3. Key initiatives include designing Aurika, Nehru Place, and opening two blocks of Aurika, Shimla, by Q2. A new 47-room heritage hotel in Varanasi was also signed. Management expects future efficiency gains from renovation, technology, and GST adjustments to expand EBITDA margins by FY28, with a strategic focus on the upscale Aurika brand.
